• Our puppies on average, are priced between $1,000-$1,500 for Limited American Kennel Club (AKC) Registration paperwork.

• We do offer full AKC registration to approved breeders, the price of these puppies is typically between $2,000-$2,500.

Deposit & Health Guarantee

A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to reserve your place in line for puppy selection or to hold a specific puppy if the selection process has already taken place. This deposit demonstrates your commitment to purchasing a puppy and will be applied toward the total purchase price.

The deposit is non-refundable except in the case of a verified significant health issue affecting the puppy. Refunds will not be granted due to changes in personal circumstances, including but not limited to life changes, employment changes, marriage, divorce, death in the family, or simply changing your mind.

For purposes of this agreement, a “significant health issue” is defined as a condition verified by a licensed veterinarian that substantially shortens the puppy’s life expectancy or significantly impacts the puppy’s quality of life as a companion animal. This guarantee does not cover conditions considered minor, cosmetic, treatable, or manageable, including but not limited to parasites, hernias, incorrect bites, innocent heart murmurs, undescended testicles, or hooded vulvas.

To maintain the health guarantee, the buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three (3) days of pickup. If the veterinarian identifies a qualifying significant health issue, the buyer must provide written documentation from the veterinarian to the breeder immediately. The puppy must then be returned to the breeder at the buyer’s expense.

Upon verification of the qualifying condition and return of the puppy, the breeder will refund the full purchase price paid for the puppy. Under no circumstances shall any refund or reimbursement exceed the original purchase price of the puppy.

Limited AKC Registration

Limited AKC registration is intended for puppies sold as companion pets only. Buyers will receive AKC registration paperwork, including documentation of the sire and dam, and may choose to purchase the puppy’s official pedigree separately if desired.

Limited registration does not grant breeding rights and prohibits the registration of any offspring produced by the puppy with the American Kennel Club (AKC). Puppies sold with limited registration are not intended for breeding purposes.

Full AKC Registration

Full AKC registration is required for breeding rights. This option may be available but must be discussed and agreed upon prior to placing a deposit. An additional fee will apply for any puppy sold with full AKC registration and breeding rights.

Puppies intended for breeding homes are held to a higher health and structural standard than those sold strictly as companion animals. If a licensed veterinarian identifies any condition that may make the puppy unsuitable for breeding purposes — including but not limited to hernias, incorrect bites, innocent heart murmurs, undescended testicles, hooded vulvas, or similar concerns — the buyer will be offered a full refund of the deposit.

The breeder reserves the right to determine whether a puppy is suitable for placement in a breeding program, as the goal is to produce and maintain the highest possible breeding quality.
